Application Packet
Once you have contacted us about booking a trip, we will provide you with the password to our Application Packet Page. This packet includes the following documents:
- Registration and Waiver From
- Behavior Contract
- Passport Requirement – Valid for 6 months
- Parental Permission From (To be Notorized)
- Medical Form
- Travel Insurance Information
- Student Journeys Terms and Conditions
Once your paperwork is complete, Student Journeys will send out a final travel document for parents and students to use in preparation for their adventure!
